Turning Point Beauty College is looking for a qualified AESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR to add to our work family. We are hiring multiple positions. These positions vary in times and availability. We love to hire professionals who are currently working in a salon or spa and are looking for some extra money and want a meaningful career.

In this role you will help ensure our students receive the best education in the industry by providing a quality educational environment which encourages our students to reach their fullest potential by meeting or exceeding our educational standards.
We offer:
- Full Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm
- Part Time Positions: Monday through Friday from 8am to 1pm
- Part Time Positions: Substitute teaching/ On-call

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of the Nail Instructor include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching engaging lessons, using hands-on, skill-based competency training to the greatest extent possible.
- Managing and supervising students in the classroom and on the practical floor.
- Evaluating instruction/learning by means of written, oral practical and performance tests.
- Maintaining student-oriented approach, and desirable classroom conditions. Checking equipment daily for hazards, ensuring it is maintained and properly repaired.
- Maintaining accurate and current reports and records regarding student accountability, attendance, and performance.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Graduation from an accredited Cosmetology School or apprenticeship
- Valid Arizona State anesthetic or Cosmetology Instructor's License (Required)
- No teaching experience is required but is preferred
- Salon experience is preferred for a minimum of 3 years

Turning Point Beauty College opened its first campus in Casa Grande, Arizona in 2000. Our school became accredited in 2003 by NACCAS (National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences). We are the first Asian minority-owned beauty college in Arizona that strives to have a diverse and inclusive student body. We are also certified by the U.S. Department of Education and the Veterans Administration accept all veterans who are interested. Students from all parts of Arizona are welcome, but we are located in the Phoenix and Chandler areas of the valley.
The Phoenix campus opened in September of 2016. The Phoenix campus offers approximately 4,500 square feet of clinic space and features a large facial room, three cosmetology classrooms, a storage lockup, two handicap-accessible restrooms, and a receptionist desk. We also have a student lounge that includes a refrigerator, microwave ovens, and locker space.
The Chandler campus (formerly located in Casa Grande) opened in August of 2020. The campus offers a 6,800 square foot facility that has a receptionist area, a large clinic floor featuring cosmetology and manicure/pedicure workstations, as well as having four handicap-accessible restrooms. The student lounge features a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer. Lockers are also available for student use.
