Aesthetic Nurse & Clinical Coordinator

McLean & Potomac Dermatology and Skincare Center is a growing practice offering adult and pediatric dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and skin cancer surgery.

We’re seeking a full-time Licensed Aesthetic Nurse to join our team. This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibilities, including assisting with procedures, documenting in the electronic health record, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

This position will require Saturday hours. This position requires a two-year commitment.

What You’ll Do - Clinical Responsibilities:
• Perform laser procedures with precision and care
• Conduct patient consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and provide aftercare education
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for at every step

What You’ll Do - Administrative Responsibilities:
• Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and communication
• Coordinate office flow to ensure a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable patient experience
• Support providers with day-to-day operations and treatment room readiness
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
• Help with patient records, documentation, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed RN with aesthetic experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented (experience with EMR systems a plus)
