Aesthetician

We are looking for an injector/aesthetician that wants to PARTNER with our urgent care in providing Aesthetics services to the surrounding Ladera community. We currently have space open to begin an Aesthetics practice and are looking for the right partner to build it up. 

What we are looking for now is an aesthetician to earn ownership percentage in the aesthetics portion of the business with sweat equity. The reimbursement will be a percentage of the net income of the business.

THE POSITION DOES NOT REQUIRE THAT YOU WORK EVERY DAY WHILE BUILDING UP THE BUSINESS.

The Aestetician must:

• Valid Aesthetician license in California.


• Proven experience in providing aesthetic services.


• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Passion for beauty and skincare and a desire to take on a business ownership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality aesthetic services, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and more.


• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments.


• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional spa atmosphere.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing outstanding service and personalized care.


• Participate in business strategy discussions and decision-making processes.


• Share ideas and contribute to the growth and improvement of the spa.


• Promote and upsell spa products and services to clients.

Aesthetician would basically run the business in collaboration with the physician
