Aesthetics Call Center Patient Services Representative

Hours vary depending on doctors’ schedules; Must be available Monday through Friday.  *Overtime may be required. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers all incoming calls for the 3 Aesthetics offices. 
• Schedules appropriate appointment type with the appropriate provider. 
• Directs patient concerns/questions to the appropriate team member.
• Blocks provider schedules for PTO, rep meetings, etc.  
• Assists front desk with scanning documents. 
• Responds to online requests and schedules request.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information.
• Record minutes from Aesthetic Meetings.
• Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with healthcare privacy laws (e.g. HIPAA).
• Resolve issues related to appointments, billing, and other patient concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an Aesthetic or Medical Office.
