Position Overview:

Alora is an affordable housing community comprised of 100 units, in San Marcos, CA. Duties range from coordinating leasing activities such as social functions, radio advertising, television advertising, to working with prospective residents to complete the appropriate documentation/applications. This position also provides general support to the Community Manager.

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company that specializes in multifamily affordable housing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General office duties


• Show units to prospective residents


• Distribute brochures and information about the community


• Assist with advertising vacant units


• Coordinate leasing activities such as social functions, and advertising


• Assist Property Manager with maintenance requests

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience


• Knowledge of property management


• Possession of a valid California driver's license


• Proof of auto insurance


• Reliable transportation


• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail


• Excellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendors


• Computer skills and experience of Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent


• General knowledge of Fair Housing, 504 ADA, HUD and Section 42 regulations


• Experience with Yardi Systems

Compensation:

• $22.50 per hour
