Job Title: Africa Team Coordinator - Legal & Compliance
Location: Nairobi Kenya
Our client, a leading international
non -governmental organization, is seeking to recruit an Africa Team
Coordinator - Legal & Compliance.
Reporting
to the Lead, Strategic Initiatives, the Africa Team Coordinator will provide
comprehensive administrative support to the Legal & Compliance (L&C)
team across Africa, ensuring efficient operations and facilitating effective
communication within the department and with external stakeholders.
The role will manage various administrative, logistics
and scheduling tasks for the Africa -based leadership team; maintain team
documentation and support knowledge management; coordinate team engagements and
internal communication efforts; support the function’s expense, budget and
vendor management processes; manage contract, expense and invoice processing;
assist with onboarding of new hires and lead team engagement initiatives, all
while handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
The role will also collaborate closely with the Canada Team Coordinator to
ensure alignment and continuity of administrative support across regions.
Academic and
Professional Qualifications:
· Diploma in relevant field/O Level Certificate/Certificate in
relevant field
