After Hours Operations

Our Operations Team is looking for an energetic and competitive Operations Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile with our customer service for carriers & sales team. Operations Specialists will collaborate with Carrier Sales and Customer Sales reps to bring cost-effective strategies and elevated service to our customers' shipping/receiving departments. **This position will be onsite, 11pm EST - 7am EST**

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtaining shipment updates from contractors
• High-volume phone and email outreach
• Negotiating rates with contractors (carrier sales)
• Providing updates and solutions to Carrier Sales, Regional Dispatch Manager, or Customer Sales
• General Data Entry

QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate must possess the following traits/skills:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
