After School Library Advisor (Stipend)

Connelly School of the Holy Child is dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment. We are currently looking for an After School Library Advisor to support our students at the end of normal school hours. This role is critical in ensuring that our students always have the assistance they need.

Days/Hours: 

• Monday-Thursday 3:45-5:30pm 

• Friday 3:15-4:15pm 

Location: McShain Library 

Stipend Amount: $10,000 

• Supervision of students after school who gather in the McShain Library while waiting for a carpool ride, after school activity, study or late bus route.  

• Manage sign in/sign out form to ensure student management and safety. 

• Monitor students to ensure behavior is safe and appropriate for library space. For example, students should be working quietly on homework, collaborating on projects, reading or playing board games   

• Maintain the library environment.  

• At 5:30pm escort all students who haven’t been picked up over to the front desk of the main building. 

• Communicate any concerns with the appropriate division head of any concerns

This is a part time position, so benefits are not offered.
