Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours
Location: Forest Hills, with travel to other sites in Queens
Queens Community House (QCH) is a multi-site nonprofit organization serving the diverse population of Queens through a broad network of programs for children and youth, adults and families, and older adults. We are seeking a qualified Multi-Site Supervisor with a strong commitment to youth development for our Youth Development Centers (YDC), which include both school and community based out of school time programs for youth in grades K-8. The Multi-Site Supervisor is a member of the leadership of our 14 sites. The Multi-Site Supervisor will work collaboratively with a team of Multi-Site Supervisors and directly supervise a cohort of programs. Multi-Site Supervisors are on the front-lines of our work in staff development, program development, using data to inform decisions and maximizing our resources to achieve our mission and strategic goals. They are skilled leaders, managers and collaborators.
