After School Receptionist-Immediate opening

An independent school for girls in grades 6-12, inspired by the teachings of the Catholic Church, Montrose School was founded in 1979 and is located in the welcoming community of Medfield, 17 miles southwest of Boston. Montrose School attracts a talented and growing student population from 50 towns and communities.

Montrose School seeks a part-time school year Front Desk Receptionist for 15 hours per week beginning immediately. During the hours of 2:30-5:30 PM, Monday through Friday the incumbent will answer phones and direct calls as appropriate, greet, welcome and direct visitors, sign for deliveries and provide light administrative office duties. A successful candidate will be warm and welcoming, attentive to details, collegial, provide a high level of professionalism and courtesy, keep an eye toward general safety, be flexible and resourceful while supporting the mission of Montrose School.
