****Average hourly rate is $22.45 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)****  

Blue Skies is looking for a full-time Aftercare Case Manager to join their team! 

If you're passionate about working with children and families, and eager to build your skills in mental health and at-risk youth support, this could be a great opportunity.

What You Need

• A bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least two years of experience working with youth in a residential setting.

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of children in the Blue Skies program.
• Work with therapists, youth care workers, school personnel, and families to develop treatment and discharge plans.
• Help children and families navigate trauma, conflict, and daily struggles.
