After-Hours Dispatcher

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented After-Hours Dispatcher to support our operations team outside of regular business hours. The dispatcher will serve as the main point of contact for brokers and drivers, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to after-hours emails and phone calls from brokers.

• Provide timely tracking updates to brokers as needed.

• Call or text drivers to relay any updates or instructions from brokers.

• Notify brokers when drivers arrive at pick-up and delivery locations.

• Maintain accurate records of communication and load statuses.

• (Future responsibility) Assist with booking and dispatching loads.

• We operate cargo vans under 10,000 lbs, meaning no log books and no weigh stations are required.

Working conditions:

• Working schedule: Mon - Fri 00:00 - 09:00 / 08:00 - 17:00 Lviv time

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency required).

2. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.

3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

4. Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

5. Ability to work independently and make decisions during after-hours operations.
