Job Description - Aftermarket Coordinator



Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL is currently seeking a full time Automotive Aftermarket Coordinator to join our growing team of motivated staff. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service and want to build a career working as a representative with exciting new products, we look forward to speaking with you. This position requires the ability to work 4 days during the work-week and every Saturday. Approximately 45 hours per week.

Responsibilities:



  • Aftermarket Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss available interior/exterior environmental protection packages, accessories and more, for customers that are in the process of purchasing a vehicle Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort, IL.

  • Schedule appointments, installs, etc.

  • Coordinate with vendors for packages & parts

  • Check in with customers

  • Communicate daily with Service Department


Qualifications:



  • Flexible availability

  • No dealership experience required

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Organizational skills

  • The ideal candidate must have an outgoing personality (i.e., a "people person")

  • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency

  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills

  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, and drug screen
