Role Description:
Join our exceptional team at Hometown Markets as a Full or Part-Time Store Associate. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll engage in various aspects of daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and contributing to our continued success.
Required Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to undergo and successfully pass a comprehensive background check prior to employment.
Responsibilities as a Store Associate at Hometown Markets:
As a Store Associate at Hometown Markets, you will:
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting patrons, operating cash registers, completing shift paperwork, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
- Upholding store standards by conducting routine tasks such as stocking shelves, emptying trash, and performing basic cleaning duties.
- Executing miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the store manager to support overall operational efficiency.
- Show commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Greet customers courteously and meet their needs promptly.
- Assist with cleaning and stocking.
- Follow protocols while working independently.
- Be eager to learn store procedures.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts scheduled throughout the week, Monday to Sunday.
- Available Shifts Include (shift availability may vary based on location):
- Afternoon Shift: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
