Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals interested in joining our team as Evening and Overnight Shift Cashiers. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are actively building a pipeline of talented candidates for future opportunities. As a cashier, you’ll play a critical role in our operations by delivering top-notch customer service, efficiently handling transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are ready to take on additional responsibilities and grow within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure every guest has a positive experience.
- Greet customers warmly, express appreciation, and promote our rewards loyalty program.
- Accurately operate the POS system for cash, fuel, and merchandise transactions.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas, including restrooms and pump stations.
- Prepare and serve food items, including our popular coffee selections, with attention to detail.
- Follow all food safety and health code guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Work independently during overnight shifts, managing time effectively while upholding high standards.
- Take on additional responsibilities, with the opportunity to assist in team coordination and daily operations, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous experience on overnight shifts is a plus, or a strong preference for night work.
- Ability to multitask, perform frequent bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong time management skills, especially for working independently on overnight shifts.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to contribute to a growing team environment.
- Looking for someone who can handle increased responsibility over time, growing with the role and taking initiative.
