Afterschool Youth Soccer Coach - Afternoons

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Hours: 10–20 per week
Shifts: Mon-Fri Afternoons (2:30 PM–4:30 PM). Occasional Saturday mornings (9AM-12PM)

Do you love playing with and teaching little ones? This is your chance to make a positive impact on the kids in our community through imaginative learning, physical activity, and FUN!

We are looking to hire energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coaches who will lead children ages 2–8 in engaging activities that build confidence, teamwork, and motor skills, while keeping safety a top priority.

This is the perfect role for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children (experience as a coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp counselor a plus).
• Has a passion for early childhood education, child development, or sports.
• Wants to stay active, be creative, and make a difference!.

No Soccer Experience Needed!
We provide training, pre-written lesson plans, and videos so you can focus on what matters most, bringing joy and growth to kids every class.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, reliable, and great with kids
• Experience as a coach, teacher, camp counselor, babysitter, or similar preferred
• Punctual, organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for every child
• Reliable transportation (some travel up to 25–35 minutes; mileage/travel pay included)

Youth Athletes United & Super Soccer Stars have been helping kids fall in love with sports for over 22 years. We believe every child is an athlete, and our mission is to create healthy habits, teach life skills, and inspire a lifelong love of movement.

Schedule:

• Choose between Monday to Friday afternoons 2:30pm–4:30pm, with optional Saturday mornings 8:30am–11:30am for seasonal classes.

Location:
Classes are held at schools across Austin, Round Rock and surrounding areas. Depending on your location, you may need to travel up to 25-30 minutes, with mileage compensation provided.
