Job Description - Agency Business Coach

Farmers Insurance District 80 is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Agency Business Coach to join our team and enhance the performance of our agencies across the district. As an Agency Business Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring that our agents succeed in delivering exceptional service to their clients. You will leverage your expertise in business development and insurance operations to provide personalized coaching, training, and support to our agents, helping them to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. This position requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry, as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will collaborate closely with agents to identify their needs, develop tailored action plans, and implement strategies that lead to increased productivity and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with agency owners and staff to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored business plans for agencies to enhance their operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze agency performance metrics to provide actionable feedback and strategies for growth.
  • Facilitate training workshops and seminars on best practices in sales, customer service, and agency management.
  • Support agents in navigating industry changes and leveraging new technology to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify agency training needs and develop relevant resources.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or managing teams within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
