  Lead & Inspire: Oversee day-to-day office operations, guiding staff to exceed care and performance standards.

  Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain licensing and accreditation in accordance with state, local, and federal regulations.

  Client Relations: Conduct consultations and safety assessments; ensure a high level of satisfaction and care outcomes.

  Staff Management: Train, coach, and manage performance across a high-functioning care team.

  
  


• 
  

  Financial Oversight: Monitor office revenue, billing, collections, and payroll to achieve financial goals.

  Marketing & Outreach: Execute local marketing initiatives and maintain strong community relationships.

  Continuous Improvement: Run audits, lead performance evaluations, and implement efficient systems.

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of healthcare management (home care, senior services, or related fields preferred)

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel to client homes as needed

  Salary: $45,000–$55,000/year (based on experience)
