We’re seeking a dedicated Agency Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team of caregivers who are changing lives every day.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the personal care agency
Recruiting, Hiring, training, and supervise caregivers and office staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Develop care plans in collaboration with RN, clients and families
Maintain quality assurance and client satisfaction
Handle submitting payroll, billing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Marketing and establishing referral sources

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field (management experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
Strong understanding of in-home care regulations and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
