Core Responsibilities
Sales & Client Growth:
Prospect, market, and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and local outreach.
Offer a wide range of Farmers Insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Financial Services.
Advisory Role:
Act as a trusted advisor, providing personalized coverage solutions to protect families, individuals, and businesses.
Conduct policy reviews and ensure clients have the right protection for changing needs.
Business Development:
Collaborate with district leadership on strategic sales and marketing plans.
Learn and apply the fundamentals of running a successful insurance agency: hiring, staffing, compliance, and operations.
Prepare for full agency ownership by developing leadership, management, and financial planning skills.
Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain).
Sales, business development, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Commitment to professional growth and community involvement.
