Key Responsibilities

As an Agent in Training, your main duties will include:

• Generating new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Consulting with clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommending appropriate coverage

• Selling and cross-selling various insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering ongoing assistance and conducting policy reviews

• Achieving and surpassing individual sales targets to help grow the agency

• Keeping current with product information and compliance standards

• Utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals

• Engaging in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

Ideal Candidate

We are searching for passionate, proactive, and professional candidates. The ideal Agent in Training will possess:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence making outbound calls and closing business

• Receptiveness to coaching and a willingness to learn

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)

• Bilingual skills are a plus
