Agent Sales Assistant

Company Description

An ideal candidate must be sales driven, open minded to learn our business and not afraid to take advantage of every sales opportunity.

Markets and cross sells all insurance products to new and existing customers. Strong ability to overcome objections and meet or exceed agency goals by being proactive in and outside of the agency.


Solicits potential customers through a variety of methods including but not limited to community events, cold calling and in person.

Calculates and quotes policy premiums
and patiently
explains levels of protection and coverage's to potential customers and existing policy holders.

Professionally handles all customer questions and escalated concerns over the phone and in person.

Must be licensed in Property, Casualty and Life (or willing to obtain licenses within 60 days.)

High School Diploma or equivalent.  One year of sales and customer service experience preferred but not required.

Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, maintains confidentially and the ability to work with people of diverse cultures, education and backgrounds.

Must have a professional and neat appearance.

Ability and willingness to learn all products, programs and services..

Must be extremely detailed orientated, organized and exceptional time management skills.
