Agentic AI Lead | Flexible Japan Location

A global healthcare-focused organization is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Solutions (AI Transformation) to design and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that support healthcare commercialization.

This is a newly created, hands-on leadership role combining AI solution architecture, business consulting, and client delivery. The successful candidate will translate complex business challenges into scalable AI workflows, with a focus on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation solutions.

The role is ideal for someone who can bridge technology and business, someone who understands AI capabilities while also being able to work closely with clients to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
  


• Develop multi-agent AI workflows where multiple AI agents collaborate to complete business processes.
  


• Translate business requirements into AI solution designs and scalable workflows.
  


• Partner with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients to identify AI transformation opportunities.
  


• Lead solution discussions across pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales phases.
  


• Collaborate with internal technical teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
  


• Support AI governance, data processing, and compliance considerations within healthcare environments.
  


• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for business challenges.
  


• Create repeatable frameworks and best practices for AI solution delivery.
  

Requirements

• Experience designing or implementing AI workflows, Agentic AI solutions, or Generative AI applications.
  


• Strong understanding of AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, multi-agent workflows, workflow orchestration, and AI automation.
  


• Ability to translate business processes into AI-enabled solutions.
  


• Experience working in client-facing consulting, solution delivery, digital transformation, or technology consulting environments.
  


• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
  


• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
  

Preferred Background

• Candidates may come from different backgrounds, including: AI or Engineering Background
  


• Experience in AI solution architecture, data science, software engineering, or AI implementation.
  


• Consulting or Business Background
  


• Experience in digital transformation consulting, technology consulting, business process improvement, or client solution design.
  


• Candidates with experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, AdTech, or other regulated industries will be highly valued.
