Looking for an excited and highly motivated individual eager to join the PCT Software Engineering Solutions team as an Agile Leader. The position will require thought leadership and technical knowledge to lead an Agile line to optimize value delivered. The ideal candidates should be grounded in multiple Agile methodologies, Lean and DevOps principles, and bring a track record of applying appropriately across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong leadership, organization, facilitation, and presentation skills are expected.

This Agile Leader will serve within Property and Casualty Technology (PCT). Strong relationship building and leadership rooted in identifying, implementing, and executing key agile processes and practices is essential in this role.

Collaborate with multiple roles to allow for the smooth flow of work from intake through operations.
Preferred candidates will have:
Certifications in any of the following is a plus; CSM, PMI Agile Scrum, SAFe Scrum Master
Results demonstrating Lean leadership and progressing DevOps journeys.
