Job Details:

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager for our janitorial operations in the Atchison, KS area.

This is a salaried position that may require days, nights and/or weekend oversight of our cleaning crews.

Qualifications:

Past supervisory experience
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Driver’s License and good driving record

This Project Manager will be responsible for:

Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews
Hands on training
Manage / order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies
Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology.
Working closely with customer to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
Other tasks and administrative duties
