Job Description

We have a client that is seeking a Project Manager to join their team onsite in Orlando, FL. This person will need to be local, as they will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday.

The team is looking for an Agile PM with 3+ years of experience within the technology space. The projects this team is working on include all technology that guests may use while on property (TapuTapu, POS systems just to name a couple). Responsibilities:
Project Management of outlined project. Including project planning, resource management, scheduling, client communication and risk mitigation
Vendor, IT staff & Client Oversight
Management of project scope, milestones, and all deliverables
Work closely with key business stakeholders and peers to understand and refine business requirements, strategies and needs
Cross-functional engagement and coordination of internal and external partners to move the ball forward on all aspects of the project
Activities include high level leadership on the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating, and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program
Utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties

Requirements :
B.S. degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related discipline
PMP (desirable)
1-3 years of experience as a Project Manager w/BA Lineage
Demonstrated success in management of technical development projects using agile methodologies
Knowledge of tools necessary to perform this role: MS Project, PPT, Word, Visio, etc.
Media/Entertainment

and/or Marketing Industry experience (desirable)
Experience as a PM with $1 million+ projects is ideal
Familiarity with RFID and other technologies is nice to have
Understanding of basic construction would be a nice to have, as this contractor will be working with the infrastructure team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively, develop consensus and drive team decisions
Self-motivation; pro-actively identifies opportunities for improvement
Highly responsive in times of system/process failure; addresses issues timely and brings them to appropriate resolution/closure
Can-do attitude; thorough, detail-oriented
