Agile Release Train Engineer

The Lockheed Martin Space Security division in King Of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for its Foxtrot Program Area. The RTE will play a critical role in coaching, coordinating, and integrating program execution aspects. This program -level role requires collaboration with Engineering Program Managers, Agile Leads, and Cost Account Managers. Responsibilities include coaching agile practices, ensuring Agile processes are implemented, leading release planning, managing cross -team dependencies, and establishing meaningful program metrics. The RTE will drive continuous improvement and flawless execution of the Release Train, making this position vital for program success. Security clearance requirements include a Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI Eligibility, and the position will require a Polygraph exam. Desired skills include leadership experience, process improvement, automation, scripting, earned value management, and proficiency in agile methodologies.
