Job Description - Agriculture Equipment Sales Professional

GPAC has recently established a partnership with a renowned agriculture equipment company to recruit a skilled Sales Associate. The dealership specializes in agriculture equipment, encompassing a wide range from tractor trailers to skid steers. Responsibilities Of An Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative

Demonstrated sales experience within a dealership environment.
Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service (a strong interpersonal skill set is essential).
Capacity to multitask and maintain organization during peak business periods.
Familiarity with tractors, combines, sprayers, tillage equipment, grain carts (experience with these is advantageous).
Previous involvement with John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, Case-IH, Massey Ferguson, or similar agricultural dealerships is beneficial.
Sustains up-to-date knowledge on the features and advantages of equipment potentially available for sale by the dealership.
Monitors competitor activities/products and provides prompt updates to management.
Conducts demonstrations of new equipment in the field.
Observes trends in customers' business operations and communicates relevant information to management promptly.
Keeps abreast of current used equipment values and possesses the ability to assess them accurately for trade-in purposes.
Stays current on financing options to aid customers in acquiring new and used products.
Participation in pertinent sales training events and seminars.

Requirements For An Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative

Preferably 1-2 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
Availability to work flexible hours.
Exceptional skills in fostering customer relationships.
An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
