AGS Operations, Component Engineering - (E2)

Serve as Technical Program Manager for engineering projects and engineering change initiatives tied to revenue and operations. Lead and run engineering meetings, track action items, and drive timely decision‑making across cross‑functional stakeholders. Partner closely with engineers to interpret drawings and technical data, communicate requirements, and resolve issues quickly. Coordinate excess and obsolete inventory rework by gathering inputs from planning, aligning with global engineering teams, and driving solutions to preserve inventory value. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer programs, including coordination between engineering, operations, and suppliers. Compile, track, and analyze engineering and operational data to support decision‑making. Collaborate with quality, surface technology, packaging, refurbishment, sustaining engineering, and obsolescence teams. Interface with finance and operations on engineering scorecards, internal transfers, and business reporting; basic budget awareness preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field. 2-4 years of experience; ideal for early career candidates Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documentation. Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience with analytics, including creating trackers, dashboards, or data models to support engineering, operational, or program decisions. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment that requires speed, prioritization, and quick decision‑making. Analytical mindset with experience creating trackers, forms, or basic dashboards. Onsite work required; occasional travel less than 5%
