DescriptionOCI is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer that helps the Business Operations team transform manual processes into trusted, repeatable AI-assisted solutions. This role combines workflow architecture, AI tooling, systems integration, and operational problem-solving to deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and desired
outcomes
- Design and build AI-assisted workflows using modern AI development tools and
automation frameworks
- Translate business requirements into reusable workflows, prompts, agents, skills, and
integrations
- Connect files, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems to support workflow automation
- Develop validation and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure output accuracy and trust
- Troubleshoot workflow, data, integration, and AI-related issues
- Document solutions, operating procedures, assumptions, and support requirements
- Support stakeholder adoption through training, guidance, and reusable best practices
- Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across teams

- Experience building agents, skills, MCP integrations, or workflow orchestration frameworks
- Python, SQL, JSON, YAML, and API development experience
- Experience with GitHub, version control, and modern development workflows
- Experience deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, Supabase, or similar platforms
- Experience building internal tools, operational automation, or AI-enabled business applications
