This position requires close collaboration with Knowledge and Innovation Attorneys (KIAs), practice groups, IT, Information Security, Data Privacy, Change Management, and other colleagues across the Practice Innovation (PI) Department. • Manage the full lifecycle of technology projectspiloting, vendor management, training, adoption campaigns, and performance measurement.
  • Lead adoption initiatives by developing communication strategies, training plans, and success metrics (e.g., usage reports, user surveys).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned practice solutions and establish credibility as a trusted resource for attorneys and firm leaders.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships, contribute to best practices, and support related projects as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project management expertise: leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives; resolving timeline, scope, and budget issues; developing detailed proposals and reports.

  • Technical knowledge: deep expertise in discovery and litigation technologies (Relativity, RelOne, Opus2, Disco, Concordance, AI-driven workflows).
  • Professional background:
    • Bachelors degree required; JD preferred.
    • PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
    • 5+ years in project management or business analysis.
    • 5+ years in knowledge management, discovery technology/services, or IT.
    • 7+ years in a litigation-related legal or professional services environment.
    • Experience with legal applications of generative AI strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including superior PowerPoint design and delivery skills.

Applicants must be well-versed with litigation and ediscovery, specifically the EDRM process, and must understand the litigation life cycle from start to finish. Ideally, the team is seeking a former attorney or paralegal who has transitioned into a role focused on practice innovation.

They will be proactive, resourceful, and have strong skills with tracking and balancing multiple projects in different stages at any given time. They will be working with our KM Litigation Attorneys in scoping out projects and potential solutions while working through those solutions via our internal sytesm and providing training on them.

They must also be proficient with creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to others via demos, computer trainings, etc.
