AI Business Adoption Consultant

abra is seeking an AI Business Implementation Consultant & Instructor to lead practical AI adoption among managers and business teams.

This role is designed for someone who combines strong business or analytical experience with excellent communication and training abilities. The ideal candidate is not only a strong instructor, but also a business-oriented AI opportunity creator — someone who can identify processes, pain points, and use cases where AI can create real organizational value.

The position is full-time, based in Ra'anana, and includes travel across Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver short and practical AI workshops for managers and business teams.
• Provide one-on-one guidance to managers on AI tools, business use cases, and practical adoption.
• Identify business opportunities for AI implementation across departments and organizations.
• Translate business needs, workflows, and challenges into practical AI-based solutions.
• Support managers in adopting Microsoft AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and related Microsoft solutions.
• Act as a driver of AI innovation, helping organizations move from awareness to hands-on implementation.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to promote practical, business-focused AI adoption.

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical/business role.
• Strong business understanding and ability to identify operational, financial, or managerial use cases for AI.
• Proven ability to communicate with managers and senior stakeholders in a professional and engaging way.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and one-on-one guidance skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot and the broader Microsoft 365 AI ecosystem.
• High learning ability and motivation to explore new AI tools, platforms, and business applications.
• Professional presence, confidence, and ability to “pass the screen” in client-facing conversations.
• Passion for business innovation and practical AI implementation.

Advantage

• Experience implementing digital, automation, BI, or AI-related solutions in business environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and additional AI tools.
• Background in consulting, customer-facing roles, or organizational training.
