The AI Content Evaluator looks at, reviews, and gives feedback on content made by AI systems. This job makes sure that AI-generated content meets quality, accuracy, ethical, and brand standards that have already been set. The evaluator is very important for improving AI output because they find strengths, weaknesses, and suggest changes that can be made. The best candidate will have experience with content evaluation or digital quality assurance, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Main Duties:
Check AI-generated content for correctness, relevance, clarity, tone, and following the rules.
Find and write down mistakes, biases, inconsistencies, or inappropriate content in content made by AI.
Give development teams structured feedback to help them improve AI models and the way they make content.
Work with teams from different areas, such as data scientists, content strategists, and product managers.
Keep records of the evaluation criteria, workflows, and quality standards.
Keep an eye on how well your content is doing and help come up with the best ways to make AI content.
Make sure that all activities that involve evaluating content follow the company's rules, the law, and moral standards.
To make sure that evaluations are fair and consistent, take part in calibration sessions on a regular basis.
Keep up with new developments in AI, machine learning, and ways to moderate content.
Help AI systems get better all the time by coming up with new ways to measure and evaluate them.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, linguistics, computer science, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in roles like content evaluation, editing, digital quality assurance, or something similar.
Good at analyzing, thinking critically, and solving problems.
Great skills in both writing and speaking.
It would be helpful if you knew about AI and machine learning.
Ability to work alone in a remote setting and pay close attention to details.
Being able to use content management systems and digital tools for working together.
You must live in the U.S. to apply; applications from people who live outside the U.S. will not be looked at.
Pay and Benefits:
Salary range: $70,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on where you live in the U.S., your education, and your experience. Package:
