Role Overview

The AI Content Producer is a hybrid creative and technical production specialist who combines traditional media production expertise with cutting-edge AI-driven tools and pipelines. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and innovation - bringing together VFX, 3D design, animation, video production, and AI-generated media to produce content that is bold, engaging, and unmistakably Trajan.

You will manage hybrid production pipelines that blend conventional methods with AI-accelerated workflows - reducing production time, expanding creative possibilities, and elevating the quality of assets that carries the Trajan name. From original show content and event films to social reels, YouTube videos, motion graphics, and branded visuals, you bring both the craft and the intelligence to make it happen.

This role works closely with the Multi-Media Designers, Creative Content Manager, and Media team, and reports into the CMO within the Marketing department.

Duties and responsibilities

AI-Driven Production

• Design and manage hybrid production pipelines that integrate AI tools (generative video, image synthesis, voice, motion capture, 3D rendering) with traditional production workflows


• Evaluate, implement, and maintain AI production platforms - including tools for VFX automation, scene generation, background creation, upscaling and lip-sync/voice synthesis


• Build efficient, repeatable AI-assisted workflows for recurring content formats: show openers, social reels, event recap videos, testimonial cutdowns, and branded motion graphics


• Manage render pipelines and asset versioning across AI and traditional production environments


• Stay current on emerging AI production tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, ElevenLabs, Kling, Luma, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and others) and recommend adoption when they serve Trajan's production goals


• Drive and grow Trajan's YouTube channels and engagement through consistent a stream of content across 5QIQ, We Are Augusta and Trajan's main YouTube platform.

VFX, 3D & Animation

• Produce high-quality VFX compositing, 3D animation, and motion design for use across Trajan's original shows, brand films, social media, and event productions


• Develop 3D environments, product visualizations, and branded motion assets that align with Trajan's lux aesthetic - warm, rich, heritage-inspired, and human


• Execute character animation, environment builds, and visual effects for documentary-style content including The Trajan Difference film series and future productions


• Create motion graphics packages (lower thirds, transitions, title cards, data visualizations) consistent with Trajan brand typography and color palette


• Support live-action shoots with pre-visualization, on-set AI tools, and post-production VFX integration

Content Production Support

• Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager, Multi-Media Designers to execute production across active campaigns and original programming.


• Support video post-production for Trajan's original shows: We Are Augusta (women's podcast), 5QIQ, and future productions in development


• Assist with event content production including red carpet events, launch films, and live-event visual packages


• Produce AI-assisted social video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - optimized for format and platform


• Contribute to campaign asset production for key partnerships, including professional baseball co-branded content.

Brand Integrity & Compliance

• Ensure all AI-generated and hybrid content meets Trajan's brand standards - no trendy filters, no generic AI aesthetics; all output must be intentional and brand-aligned


• Partner with Compliance to ensure AI-generated visuals, voice, and video content meet FINRA/SEC guidelines for financial services marketing materials


• Maintain a library of brand-approved AI-generated assets, templates, and production components for team-wide use


• Document AI tool usage, prompt libraries, and production settings to ensure consistency and repeatability across projects

Team Enablement & Creative Collaboration

• Act as a resource and educator for the creative team - sharing AI production techniques, tool updates, and workflow innovations


• Participate in Wednesday Creative Reviews and contribute to the weekly production cadence (Monday SCRUM → Tuesday Production → Wednesday Review)


• Collaborate with the Director of AI Marketing on enterprise-wide AI tool governance and creative production standards


• Bring a spirit of curiosity, experimentation, and creative excellence to every project

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production, VFX, motion design, 3D animation, or a related production discipline


• Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI production tools - generative video, image synthesis, AI audio/voice, or AI-assisted compositing


• Proficiency in industry-standard production software: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent 3D/VFX platforms


• Experience managing hybrid production pipelines that combine AI-generated and traditionally produced elements


• Strong visual storytelling instincts and a genuine understanding of brand aesthetics


• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment


• Portfolio demonstrating VFX, 3D, animation, and/or AI-assisted production work

Preferred

• Experience in financial services, corporate brand, or brand content production


• Proven experience with AI video platforms.


• Experience with AI audio and voice synthesis tools: ElevenLabs, Descript, Adobe Podcast, or equivalents


• Knowledge of FINRA/SEC compliance considerations for marketing content in the financial services industry


• Experience supporting live events, broadcast productions, or red carpet/premiere-style content


• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms


• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Motion Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
