Research and Development:

Programming:

Proficiently code in Python, R, or MATLAB to implement and test quantitative models.

Advanced Backtesting:

Develop sophisticated backtesting models, prioritize recent data, and allow dynamic adjustments based on market conditions, enabling granular historical performance analysis with manual assignment of weights.

Real-time Parameter Adaptation:
