What You Will Do

• Develop and implement machine learning models using Python and PyTorch to automate financial operations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address automation challenges in healthcare financial processes.


• Analyze large datasets to derive insights and improve model performance.


• Optimize existing algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency in handling denials and unpaid claims.


• Conduct experiments to evaluate model effectiveness and iterate based on findings.


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering, with a strong focus on Python and PyTorch.


• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.


• Experience working with large datasets and data analysis techniques.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred

• Familiarity with financial operations in healthcare or fintech industries.


• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment of machine learning models.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $280K, complemented by equity options between 0.03% and 0.2%. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking solutions in the healthcare and fintech spaces while enjoying a hybrid work environment.
