About the Role

Full-time Position

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our core team and drive the development of our cutting-edge AI platform, you'll help shape our technical foundation, architecture decisions, and engineering culture from the ground up.

Your impact:

• Build and scale Python backend services and AI/ML pipelines
• Develop responsive, modern frontends using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Work with GenAI tools for prompting and AI-driven development
• Develop using GenAI dev tools - stay ahead with the latest AI-assisted development workflows
• Drive technical decisions in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment

What You Bring

Must have:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development
• Expert-level React, TypeScript, and JavaScript skills
• Experience with GenAI tools - prompting, AI-assisted development
• Proficiency with GenAI dev tools - Cursor, Copilot, or similar modern AI-powered development environments
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience building scalable systems and handling high-traffic applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI/ML tools and modern development workflows
• Salesforce (SFDC) development experience
• Builder platform experience - platforms that enable others to build and create
