AI Product Leader

We’re looking for AI Product Leaders who will join turning Hilbert’s Growth Engine into a world-class product used daily by the most demanding B2C teams. You’ll define what AI-native growth software actually looks like in practice, shape the core product surface, and ensure Hilbert delivers compounding value to executives, growth teams, and operators.

What We’re Looking For

You’ve done one or more of:

• Owned core product areas or platforms at startups, scaleups, or high-growth tech companies.

• Shipped products where data, modeling, or systems thinking materially shaped the user experience.

• Defined product strategy in ambiguous environments and translated it into shipped outcomes.

• Partnered closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to deliver complex products.

• Presented product direction to founders, execs, or senior stakeholders and earned trust quickly.
  

You bring:

• Deep product intuition combined with strong analytical thinking.

• Comfort working with metrics, models, constraints, and tradeoffs.

• Ability to turn messy problems into crisp product surfaces and workflows.

• Strong written thinking. You can explain complex systems simply.

• High ownership and bias toward action.
  

Bonus if you’ve worked on:

• AI-powered or data-intensive products.

• Internal tools, analytics platforms, or decision systems.

• B2B SaaS products used by executives or operators.

• Modern data stacks or experimentation frameworks.
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

Practically:

• Own core product surfaces and workflows within Hilbert’s AI Growth Engine.

• Define product strategy and roadmap grounded in user outcomes and business impact.

• Partner with engineering and design to ship high-quality, scalable product experiences.

• Work closely with Growth Leaders and customers to understand real usage, friction, and leverage points.

• Translate AI capabilities, models, and signals into intuitive, trusted product experiences.

• Define success metrics and ensure shipped work moves them.

• Collaborate directly with AI/ML teams to shape agents, prompts, logic, and feedback loops.

• Capture learnings into product principles, patterns, and long-term direction.
