This position will be on-site 5 days/week and can sit either out of the NYC office or Dallas office.\n\n# About Your Role:\n\nAs an AI Product Manager, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Generative AI agentic solutions. Your mission is to reduce risk and cost in complex production environments by translating operational challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with engineering, production support, and application teams to deliver high-impact, reliable, and safe AI products.\n\n# Day to Day Job Duties:\n\n\u2022 Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for agentic AI systems\n\n\u2022 Translate user pain points into product requirements, user stories, and success metrics\n\n\u2022 Lead end-to-end lifecycle for LLM-based products from discovery to iteration\n\n\u2022 Establish evaluation frameworks for LLMs and prioritize RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and validation loops\n\n\u2022 Drive integrations with observability, incident management, and deployment systems\n\n\u2022 Conduct user research and translate production challenges into roadmap priorities\n\n\u2022 Own AI safety, governance, reliability, and fallback strategies\n\n\u2022 Define and monitor KPIs such as cost, latency, and user satisfaction\n\n\u2022 Own data and knowledge strategy including RAG pipeline and data validation\n\n\u2022 Lead product design reviews and promote data-driven experimentation\n\n\u2022 Mentor teams on AI product management and best practices\n\n# Basic Qualifications:\n\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent\n\n\u2022 10\u201315 years of experience with significant product management exposure\n\n\u2022 5 + yr Experience leading large-scale AI/ML or cloud-based product initiatives\n\n\u2022 5 + yrs Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, RAG pipelines, and MLOps\n\n\u2022 5 + yrs Ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on technical topics\n\n\u2022 Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\n\u2022 Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments\n\n\u2022 Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills\n\n\u2022 Proven ability to influence without direct authority\n\n# Nice to Have:\n\n\u2022 Experience working with enterprise-scale production environments\n\n\u2022 Familiarity with observability and incident management tools\n\n\u2022 Experience in prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks\n\n\u2022 Exposure to AI safety, governance, and compliance standards\n\n\u2022 Prior experience mentoring product managers or leading product communities\n\n\u2022 Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud in AI contexts\n\nWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948-$131,700.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
