Job Description:

As an AI Solution Architect, you will be a key player in designing and delivering state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored to meet our clients' unique needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, architect robust solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental in driving customer success and establishing our company as a leader in the AI space. We are looking for team members who can thrive in ambiguous startup environments and are comfortable working with a global team of AI engineers and designers passionate  about creating products and human-centric AI solutions that can drive the emerging era of generative AI across all industries.

Responsibilities:

• Be a hands-on architect assisting customers and product teams in solving business problems with generative AI solutions, design patterns, and engineering approaches for enterprise AI customers.
• Architect, design, and deliver AI applications built on open-source LLMs and custom last layer trained models written in Python and Javascript languages and frameworks.
• Be proficient in prompt engineering and AI accuracy tuning strategies with new models and embeddings.
• Optimize applications for maximum security, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in software development.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, and Django.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Experience in AI-related projects is a plus.
