AI Solutions Engineer

abra Cloud Division is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer - Copilot Studio & Agents.

We are looking for a skilled AI Solutions Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of intelligent AI Agents and automation solutions powered by Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

This role requires strong technical capabilities, business understanding, and end-to-end ownership, from identifying client needs and designing the solution to developing, implementing, and guiding deployment within the client organization.

A full-time hybrid position, based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI Agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into scalable AI-based solutions and agentic workflows.

• Own the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and architecture to development, deployment, and client enablement.

• Build integrations between Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with business, IT, security, and product stakeholders to ensure secure, practical, and high-value AI solutions.

• Provide technical guidance, best practices, and hands-on support during implementation and adoption phases.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, chatbots, or AI Agents.

• Strong understanding of solution architecture, business process automation, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience working with APIs, connectors, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, or Azure services.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage end-to-end implementation processes.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.

• High level of English, both written and spoken.
