The AI Delivery Hub supports Amadeus’ transformation into an AI-first organization. Its multidisciplinary teams design, build, and deliver AI solutions from concept through implementation. Working with product and platform teams across business lines, the Hub helps scale proven approaches into reusable capabilities and practical product outcomes.

About the AI Assistant Team

As part of the AI Assistant team, you will join a product incubation group that designs, validates, and scales AI-native solutions for how travelers plan, book, and manage trips through emerging AI interfaces.

About the Commercial & Strategy Team

The Commercial & Strategy team manages relationships with AI assistant partners. We identify opportunities, understand what creates value for customers and travelers, and develop commercial frameworks that support sustainable revenue. We connect Amadeus’ capabilities with market needs and share insights that help guide product priorities.

Summary of the Role

In this role, you will serve as a strategic link between Amadeus and AI assistant partners, such as Gemini and ChatGPT.

You will combine relationship management with knowledge of Amadeus’ product portfolio, leading consultative discovery sessions that balance listening, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.

You will translate partner needs into relevant Amadeus solutions, shape opportunities collaboratively, and help move promising conversations toward clear commercial outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain relationships with AI assistant partners, from initial engagement through ongoing collaboration.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand partner needs and identify suitable solutions.
• Build knowledge of Amadeus’ portfolio across content, booking, orchestration, post-booking, payments, and infrastructure.
• Identify and develop business opportunities in partnership with internal teams.
• Create account development plans and commercial strategies.
• Prepare commercial proposals and align them with relevant stakeholders.
• Support the negotiation of complex agreements.
• Share structured market insights, including partner priorities, decision-making criteria, and the role of travel in their strategy.
• Map partner stakeholders and identify key decision-makers and advocates.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to learning sessions and share relevant insights across teams.
• Explore effective ways of working in an AI-first environment and share learnings with the wider Amadeus community.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, consultative selling, solutions consulting, enterprise sales, account management, or a related area.
• Experience in travel technology, SaaS, platform businesses, or another relevant technology environment is helpful; transferable experience from related sectors is also welcome.
• Strong relationship-building, customer discovery, solution-framing, and stakeholder-mapping skills.
• The ability to gather, organize, and clearly communicate market and customer insights.
• Commercial judgment and the ability to learn Amadeus’ capabilities and connect them with customer needs.
• Comfort working in an evolving, cross-functional environment.
• Curiosity about AI technologies and the ability to understand core concepts related to AI assistants, large language models, agentic experiences, and AI-enabled travel use cases.
• A university degree in business, technology, economics, engineering, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent professional experience is equally valued.
