AI SW Development Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Team Lead to drive development of our AI-driven product a real-world, scalable application where agents are a key component, to lead a team of strong and experienced engineers, set the technical direction, and own delivery of core systems that power security investigations and decision-making at scale. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead a team of engineers to build our AI agentic investigation system 
• Own end-to-end execution: planning, shipping, and keeping production healthy 
• Apply cutting-edge agentic AI techniques in production, turning research into reliable features 
• Stay hands-on with Python backend development and system design 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams 
• Bring clarity, structure, and energy to the day-to-day

What You’ll Bring 

• 7+ years of experience in building and operating production-scale software 
• Designed, built, and scaled multi-tenant cloud native SaaS platforms  
• Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in real products 
• Fluent with distributed systems, containers, microservices, queues, and scalable datastores 
• Strong product sense and pragmatic technical judgment 
• Bias for action, high ownership, and accountability 
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments 
• Clear communicator: turn ambiguity into action and stays calm under pressure 
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
