Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated System Support Specialist to join our team and work closely with the Operations Department. This entry-level role includes an immersive training program to ensure a thorough understanding of logistics operations, including forklift certification training. The candidate will also be required to work alternate shifts to support our 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Training:

o Participate in a 3–4-week training program to gain an in-depth understanding of logistics operations.

o Complete forklift certification training to better integrate with operational processes.

AI Support & Implementation:

o Utilize AI tools and techniques to optimize workflows, analyze data, and enhance operational efficiency.

System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

o Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems used within the Operations Department.

o Address system-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

User Support:

o Provide technical support and training to team members on AI and system tools.

Operational Collaboration:

o Work alternate shifts to provide continuous support to operations.

o Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.

Data Analysis:

o Leverage AI-based analytics to generate insights and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

• High school diploma with strong AI proficiency.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AI applications and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, machine learning platforms, or similar).

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.

• Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to complete forklift certification training.

• Flexibility to work alternate shifts as required.
