Role Overview

As an AI Visuals Specialist, you will develop compelling visual elements (images, animations, avatars, and voice-overs) using advanced creative AI tools. Your primary focus will be translating concepts and scripts into high-quality digital media through effective prompting and iterative refinement. You'll design foundational components that capture audience attention within the first few seconds of ads. You will work closely with our Creative Producers, Copywriters, and Video Editors to ensure finished assets align with campaign goals and performance data.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content that drives conversions and maximizes user engagement




• Design storyboards and visual sequences and develop effective prompts to guide AI models in producing specific, high-quality, and on-brand outputs




• Utilize specialized AI tools for producing realistic or stylized characters/avatars and high-quality voiceovers




• Rapidly iterate ideas based on feedback and performance insights to achieve desired visual styles, actions, and compositions




• Ensure all materials meet technical specifications and quality standards required for final video editing




• Optimize content performance based on data to improve engagement and conversion metrics




• Stay up-to-date with advancements in generative AI technology and visual trends




• Collaborate closely with Video Editors, providing well-organized, high-quality creative elements for ad assembly




• Manage production workflows and digital asset organization




• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to visual concept development




• Maintain organized folders and documentation of prompts, outputs, and asset usage

• Audio voiceovers or sound design elements using AI tools




• Motion assets (e.g., AI-generated animations or video elements)




• Prompt documentation and version logs




• Folder structure with clearly labeled, ready-to-use assets

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with AI visual tools, preferably in performance marketing or social media content creation




• English proficiency (written and spoken)




• Proficiency with a range of AI platforms (including Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Kling AI, GPT Image Generation, HeyGen, and Eleven Labs)




• Demonstrated ability to effectively use prompts, character and style referencing to produce specific results




• Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for composition, pacing, and aesthetics suitable for short-form ads




• Understanding of digital advertising best practices, particularly visual hooks and platform-specific requirements




• Experience generating assets intended for use in short-form video (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Ads)




• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate concepts into tangible visual solutions




• Ability to work under tight deadlines and quickly iterate based on feedback




• Innovative, highly creative with attention to detail, strong storytelling instincts, and a knack for viral content trends
