Qualifications:
• Assistant Infant/Toddler Teacher: A high school diploma is required, and a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential or willingness to obtain one is preferred. Experience working with infants and toddlers is a plus.
• A passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach to caregiving.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
