AI-Native Learning Experience Designer - Math (Remote or Onsite in Riyadh)

Role Summary

Domain: Math & Quant

Learning Experience Designers own the learning journey for our students. They systematically apply the best of learning science to create outstanding learning experiences for our students. This role will partner with curriculum leads, teachers, product, and engineering to create learner-centred course designs, multimedia learning assets, assessments, and facilitator guides that support measurable student outcomes.

This role is remote-first and works across time zones to align with our delivery cadence. If you are already based in Riyadh, you are equally welcome to apply and can work from our Riyadh office, full-time or part of the week, whichever suits you.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end learning experiences including scope & sequence, unit plans, lesson plans, assessments, and formative checks aligned to Noon learning outcomes.

• Develop assessment strategies and rubrics that measure mastery and inform iterative improvements to content and instruction.

• Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogical designs into scalable digital experiences and to QA learning flows in the platform.

• Ensure learning resources are localised for language and other contextual factors.

• Run rapid prototyping and user testing with students and teachers to validate design decisions and improve engagement and learning gains.

• Train and support teachers and facilitators on new materials, pedagogical approaches, and use of EdTech tools to enable high-fidelity implementation.

• Use data and qualitative feedback to iterate on curriculum and content, driving continuous improvement cycles.

Must-Have Requirements

• AI is already part of how you design. You use it daily in your own practice - drafting and critiquing materials, generating and stress-testing assessment items, prototyping in hours rather than weeks - and you can show us what you have built with it.

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Arts, Education, or a related field.

• Experience designing digital or blended learning experiences for High School grades.

• Passion for Math and helping students learn to love Math.

• Proven experience writing lesson plans, assessments, and facilitator guides informed by learning objectives and evidence-based practices.

• Strong understanding of formative assessment, feedback design, and differentiation strategies for mixed-ability classrooms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to produce clear learner-facing content and teacher-facing documentation.

• Equally comfortable working on-site and remotely, and able to collaborate with remote teams across time zones (GMT +3 overlap preferred).

Highly Advantageous

• Experience in delivering the American Curriculum at international schools.

• Experience with adaptive learning systems or analytics-driven personalisation at scale.

• Prior teaching experience in hybrid or online classrooms.

• Arabic language ability or experience working in the Middle East educational context.

What We're Really Looking For

• A pragmatic designer who balances rigour and creativity to build learning experiences that are measurable, scalable, and delightful for learners.

• A collaborative partner who can work closely with teachers, engineers and product teams to bring ideas into production.

• An evidence-led practitioner who uses data and user feedback to iterate quickly and improve outcomes.

Who This Role Is (and Isn't) For

• Ideal for: Instructional designers or learning experience designers who thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and enjoy building for scale.

• Not for: Those who prefer narrow, specialist roles without cross-functional collaboration or iterative product-style development.

Other details

• Remote-first with flexibility. Occasional meetings aligned to GMT +3 are required, which is a natural fit if you are already in Riyadh. Riyadh-based candidates may work remotely, from the office, or a mix.
