Hollywood, FloridaMy client is a growing logistics company headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, is currently seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. They are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:Coordinate and execute all aspects of air export operations, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely cargo movement.Prepare and review export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of shipments.Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the export process.Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns.Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and contribute to the overall success of the department and company.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export transactions.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to support the company's growth objectives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in air export operations within the logistics industry.Proficient knowledge of export regulations, including TSA, CBP, and other relevant agencies.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise) preferred.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.Knowledge of international geography and trade routes is a plus.Apply now to be considered for this exciting opportunity as an Air Export Coordinatorby Jobble
