Metrea delivers effects-as-a-service to national security partners across five domains and more than a dozen mission areas. These include airborne ISR, electronic warfare, secure communications, aerial refuelling, special air missions, aerial firefighting, and advanced simulation. The Americas Market Group is responsible for identifying wicked problems facing national security customers in the Americas and then working with Metrea’s core and support groups to design, develop, and deliver elegant solutions. The group includes capability areas for Strategy, Strategic Relations, Market Development, and Bid, Proposal, & Support.
This role leverages deep experience in Airborne ISR to design and develop elegant solutions to the hardest problems in aerospace (civil and military, manned and unmanned). As a Development Lead you have a deep understanding of Air domain effects, sensors and capabilities, the missions they are employed within and the markets and customers that require them.

This is a full-time exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
