About the Role:

As an Aircraft Appearance & Cleaning Expert (ACE), you’ll be the driving force behind the polished look and feel of our aircraft, lounges, and facilities. With an eye for detail and pride in presentation, you’ll clean and disinfect aircraft interiors, restock essential supplies, and maintain high-touch areas in our Customer spaces. Whether it's preparing for a quick turnaround or deep-cleaning between flights, your work ensures every JSX flight takes off in pristine condition.

A Day in the Life:

Each day, you’ll help create a clean, welcoming space for both Customers and Crewmembers. As an ACE you’ll:

  Clean and disinfect aircraft interiors, galleys, lavatories, tray tables, and seats.

  
  


• 
  

  Restock supplies onboard aircraft using FIFO (First In, First Out) methods.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain an organized and compliant stockroom.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare aircraft supplies for outbound and inbound flights in coordination with commissary teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean and sanitize Customer lounges, back offices, and high-touch areas.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure ramp and equipment areas remain clean and secure.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all PPE, safety, and station protocols with precision and consistency.

  
  


• 
  

  Work both indoors and outdoors across various weather conditions and shift times.

Requirements:

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Current and valid driver's license

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of customer service experience

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable with physical activity including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and walking long distances

  
  


• 
  

  Available to work flexible shifts—including early mornings, mid-days, overnights, weekends, and holidays

  
  


• 
  

  Willing and able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  
  


• 
  

  Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.

  
  
  
  

Pay & Perks:

Compensation is $20.00 per hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
